Question: Hi, i'm 13 and i weigh 140 and im 5'4' i need to lose weight, help!?

Im 13, i weigh 140, or around there, im about 5'4. im home schooled, and i need to lose weight. i wanna lose weight in my thighs, and my butt and my stomach. first, what healthy food should i get? and how can i make my metabolism faster? and then what good exercises will help me? i go mon- fri, but i only go for about 30 minutes, and i have to stop alot, because i lose my breath. can you please help me! please and thanks!!!! :)
