Question: Would i lose a lot of weight if i ate nothing but bananas and drank water for a month?

I heard that this guy lost 100 pounds doing that for a year, I only want to lose about 10 pounds or so. I'm 16, 5'7 and about 150 pounds, but mostly muscle because im a figure skater.
