Question: How do i gain more weight?

I'm 18, I weigh 120 and I'm about 6 foot, I need to gain weight.. help me please? :] FYI: I eat a LOT, at LEAST every half hour I'll have a sandwich or ice cream or a snack, so just "eating more ", will not help. Thanks :]

If you're eating a lot and not gaining weight, then you have high metabolism. try exercising, you'll build muscles.

We have the same problem. They said eat more carbo and protein. So lets do it.
