Back in January of last year I was 190. and miserable. I worked my ass of running and lifting weights. I watched what I ate (low carb, high veggies). In November I had gotten down to 156, then I lost my job and the holidays came. I have been eating right, but I can't seem to get motivated to go back to the gym more than once a week. And I weigh 170 now. I feel like crying. I am all alone in Texas because my husband is in tech school and I don't know anyone here. |

Well I hate to say it but a good way to motivate yourself and the way I motivate myself is to watch the most hardcore people and strive to be like them. If your goal is weight loss there is no shortage of female models who's life is weight maintenance, if they can do it to that insane degree, who's to say you can't do it to a more moderate degree? If you're getting bored with your workout, then change it up! If all you've been doing is running, then start doing something else, like swimming or a sport. Also, another trick to stay motivated is to get a workout partner. Motivation comes and goes, and when you are lacking it, your partner hopefully won't be, and they can push you and help you push yourself. Good luck! |

Keep doing what you did before, don't stop exercising just because you hit the weight you wanted. Once you have hit the weight you want cut down your cardio down to a 30 minute intense session then start lifting to increase your metabolism :D |

The 100% natural nutrition is great, but also instant gratification with reshaping garments, where you lose 2-3 sizes in 10 minutes! No kidding! These garments burn fat, provide lumbar support and posture control. There's more...the 'ItWorks' body wraps dissolve cellulite and fat on any spot you need in 45 minutes with these individual herbal wraps. Check out this site: bodyworksbytyde.com |

This sounds silly but what i always tell myself when i really dont feel like working out is "its part of being a woman " if you want to be a sexy woman you need to excercise and i always tell myself "right now i am doing the same thing a model will be doing and i'll get there ". dont let all your hard work of losing 20pounds go to waste! you'll get so upset. so stop it before it gets worse. you only have one life to live so why not take care of yourself and look good while your at it. i am trying to lose 20 pounds myself. im 22 4 foot 10 and i weigh 130. im trying to get down to 112 which was my happy weight. i hope i helped and good luck! |

I would suggest that you do something that you love to do to get motivated. Start doing something physical that does not feel like a workout. If you like walking, running, riding a bike, dancing, or whatever: do that to get motivated. Good luck. FREE RESOURCE REPORT bit.ly/ htlwwrf HOW TO LOSE WEIGHT WITH THE RIGHT FOODS |

If you're in need of motivation, I suggest having a photo of yourself thin around you at all times. I did this by transforming my photo to make myself look the way I wanted to (with the help of photo editing software) and in worked so well for me! I'm a very visual person so, having that photo really helped me! I know it's hard to stay motivated, but every time I see that photo, I remember why I'm doing it. If you're interested in having a photo edited, I'd be happy to do it for you! Just email me your photo at ahphoto@live.com Good luck with your weight loss! |
