Should Turkey sandwiches be avoided if I am trying to lose weight/?
One of my favorite small meals is a slice of turkey on white bread, one TBSP of mayo, and 3 bread and butter pickles.Is this a bad idea for some one trying to lose weight?

Hi guys, I am 16 years old and am about 106 pounds currently. I'm underweight now, considering i'm 5' 8" and I've really wanted to gain more weight and muscle recently.I have school soon though, so I may not always be able to do my workouts, but how many times a week should I do it? I also used to run cross country so I lost weight there but I'm dropping out for the season, and will run during the weekends sometimes.I have 2 lbs of chocolate whey protein powder so I was wondering how to use it effectively so I gain weight. Ok i am 200lbs and i am 5'5 i want to lose 50lbs what should i do to lose weight with out even really trying?

Curious weight loss after?
I go to the gym about 6 days a week. Over the summer i have gone from 230 lbs to about 200. But whenever I weigh myself after a workout I can be 20 lbs lighter or heavier. The other day after my workout I weighed 175, but the very next day I was back to 200 post workout, without a change in my diet. It seems physically impossible but it happens all the time, and I know the scale is accurate. What could explain this.
How do you lose leg weight?
like im small everywhere else but my thighs and its a pain in the butt that i hav no shape for bikinis. and its a pain that i have to get specially tailored. hm ive walked up the stairs, i eat healthy, i play wii, and i run track i cant get my legs small, or shapely. im getting a job soon in order to save up for surgery, but thats a last resort, and i want to avoid it if i can. Do you guys hav any tips or anything? plz help
I want to gain weight but can't?
I'm turning 17 on November 21. The problem with me is that I am about 5ft and only weight 95 96 pounds. Through out my whole life I been real skinny, I'm getting tired of it. I wan't to gain weight on my hips,thighs and if possible on the boobs and butt. No matter how much I eat I can't seem to gain any pounds. I've tried eating all sorts of things and taking pills. Please help?

Weight lifitn and weight loss questions?
So im currently at 227.5 lbs and i have been exercising on the elliptical since july and have gained weight. i was 222 lbs at the beginning of the summer but i have also been lifting weights since the beginning of the summer so is it possible that i gained muscle so thats why the scale says 227. This is the thing, i was able to fit into a large t shirt when i was 222 lbs but now i can barely fit into a large with out some shirts feeling tight. So can this be it?im male and 17 years old. I lift 15 lbs for each arm and do 3 sets of 12 reps or however that goes then i use the elliptical for 30 minutes and dont laugh cuz i works then i use the shake weight for six minutes.
