Any recipes for after workout meals?? and how many calories is the recipe you suggest? Thanks!:)

I have a perfect meal if you are able to work out in the early AM. I wake up at 6:00 and start with the treadmill just to get my blood flowing and heart rate up. I don't run, I set it to its highest incline and walk slow. Then lift weights. The reason I can do this is I have a full gym in my home. After I'm done I eat egg whites (egg beaters) with veggi sausage, or a slice of deli turkey on a whole wheat flatbread sandwich. It is delicious, filling and only 150 calories, and 30 grams of protein. I burned more then tripple those calories in my workout. You can even cut 100 of those calories if you eliminate the bread and just have an egg white omlett. Good luck. You can add a protein shake for the ride to work.
