1.Hire a substitute teacher. Don’t reach for the brands you know and love immediately – or without thinking first. Eggs are “good” for you, but consider using egg substitutes instead (in fact, many restaurants will let you order lower calorie foods). There are countless “lower” alternatives for you to try. If something different doesn’t taste good, by all means – find a better substitute, or eat less of the original. In some cases, the substitute may be worse for you than the regular version of the product. The good news is, healthier choices are silently replacing their “normal” counterparts – and they taste just as nice. |

10 lbs is a good amount to lose, you're be right at the perfect weight range for you....In three weeks, it could be done, here are my suggestions for you....(Do NOT do low carb because as soon as you eat carbs again, the weight will come back!!) 1. Don't starve yourself because it's unhealthy and does more damage than good 2. Eat 4 - 6 small meals a day. Make them consist of healthy things like a yogurt and a granola bar for one, some fruit for another, a sandwich for another, etc....etc... 3. Do at least 20 minutes of cardio everyday. Cardio is the best way to get your metabolism running fast, burning calories and fat. 4. Drink plenty of water. At least 6 - 8 glasses a day, and green tea is nice too, but no soda or juice!!! 5. Eat more fruits and vegetables and foods high in fiber. 6. Eat lean meats like chicken breast, turkey and fish. Or if you're a vegetarian, eat moderate proportions of nuts and peanut butter and beans. Great sources of protein, but not actual meat. 7. Cut out all the bad fats, like greasy fast food, chips, red meat....etc....etc.... 8. Play the Wiifit for a half hour or so daily 9. Get plenty of sleep. You burn about 90 calories every hour of sleep. 10. Chew gum. It helps with sweet cravings and if you're busy chewing something, you won't eat as much. 11. Do NOT eat while you are out, but instead make sure you eat something healthy at home where you can track the calories. 12. Keep track of what you eat daily. This helps alot! Every little calorie adds up!! 13. Eat something you really really wanna, rather it's a cookie or a candy bar, once a week. You're more likely to follow the diet if you don't cut out everything you like. Just remember: moderation is the KEY. 14. Be less paranoid and concerned, cause unless you're like 4'8 " or something, that isn't too much weight, really. 15. Just think about being fit and healthy and happy with yourself! If you just try at this for a while, you'll get where you wanna and you'll be totally happy you did it!! Now here are some effective things to do for cardio: 1. Jogging 2. Riding a bike, rather it's an exercise bike or just a bike 3. Swimming 4. Stair walking 5. Jumping jacks 6. Oblique twists If you starve yourself, your body will store everything you eat, even if it's very very little, as fat on you, which isn't a good way to lose some weight. Soda has alot of sugar and carbs in it, which is really bad for you. Now, if you drink diet soda, it's a bit better, but the artificial sweetener in it toys with your metabolism, so I don't suggest it. But green tea has natural herbs and vitamins that gives you more energy so you can be more active, and it also naturally increases your metabolism. Fiber is really good because it keeps you fuller longer, so you might not eat as much. Now here are some other odds and ends that you can do to burn some extra calories: 1. Lightly tap your foot on the floor or shake it a little. People do that all the time, but it actually burns calories. So if you're ever stuck sitting, like school or something, do that and it'll help ALOT. 2. Instead of sitting around when you're talking to someone on the phone, get up and walk around with it, or just walk around when there is nothing else to do. It helps, walking is great exercise. 3. Instead of watching TV or something, do some house work, Scrub the walls, sweep the floor, something like that. It helps alot too!! 4. And in your spare time, hula-hoop or dance. That burns alot of calories and tones muscle as well. Well, that's all I can think of!! Hope I helped, and good luck!! :) |

You can find: How to lose 2 pounds a week? I believe that weight loss always starts from mindset. This is the reason why i am able to lose 15kg in 2 months and maintain for 3 years straight, all the way till my pregnancy. 1) What is my goal? I want to lose __kg in __ time. 2) Why do I want to achieve this goal? (if possible, come up with 50 reasons) 3) If I do not achieve it, what pains will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible) 4) If I achieve it, what happiness will I have? (come up with as many reasons as possible) 5) What will happen to me if I continue my current situation for the next 10 years? 6) Then when do I want to take action? Some solutions I can offer you for diet: Breakfast: eat fruits/ drink fruit juice Lunch: Less carbo, more veg and fruits, less seafood, meat and eggs Dinner: Same as lunch but no solid food after 8pm. Soups are great dinners If you want to exercise to enhance the speed of weight loss. Go for some light jogging or do something you enjoy like an aerobic class or kick boxing class... Hope this can help u. :) |

1.Identify your exercise. No exercise was created equal. You might like running, so run. You might like jogging, so jog. You might like stationary bikes, so bike stationarily. Find the one that works best for you – that isn’t too much of a chore for you to do regularly throughout the week. Don’t pick a routine that you don’t like – or you won’t want to do it, and you certainly won’t stick with it for long. I also wouldn’t recommend buying into that whole “no pain, no gain” mantra. I’ve lost weight without hurting myself, and you probably can, too. |
