High protein low carb/calorie breakfast to keep me full?
I'm trying to build some muscles and lose that excess fat on my midsection so i can see my abs i can see some of 'em now but that fat hides my lower abs. anyway do you have any ideas of any breakfast that is healthy good, high in protein but has low cal and will keep me full for 4 5 h as i have class tomorrow at 9 and won't be back home 'til 13 00. Don't give me any websites cuz I've already done my research Thanks in advance

Does anyone know a good low carb snack that my son can have after school?
My son was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes about 2 years ago. He is now 7 years old, and with him growing like a weed, he is always hungry. I want to lose 20 more lbs I have been on a low carb diet for about 3 months now I already lost around 30 lbs, my weight loss has kinda slowed down I went from 191 and now im 160 is there any possible way I can lose this 20 lbs within the next 2 months? thank you

Is popcorn an option? Low carb diet and your period.?
I have been on the atkins diet for about a moth and a half now. I barely eat 20 carbs a day. Ive lost 13 pounds. But my period is late. It's never regular, but I pretty much know when it is coming around. I was just wondering if it's normal for the diet to affect your cycle?I know I'm not pregnant. It's not a possibility.
Low carb diet...will it screw me up in terms of growth and developing?
I'm 15 and have not been eating properly for about 18 months now only around 1200 cals a day which, compared to my friends who eat 4000 6000 is 'undereating' but I'm about 5 foot and 8 9 stone which isn't really skinng slim at all. If I go on a low carb diet, for a few months, will it screw up my 'growing' for I haven't grown upwards in about 3 years now. I wondered if my lack of eating had anything to do with being short and if no carbs will really finalise my 'staying short' forever. thanks
