Ok i need some help with a diet plan!!!?
Now why is it that if you go thru stress and loose appetite you loose alot of weight? but than people say that if u starve yourself you wont loose weight thats so not true it just doesn't make any sense to me Now yes i am interested in this whole starvation diet thing, i know its so stupid but it works the fastest, I only wanna hear people who have had this experience who have actualy starved there self to loose weight, Please tell me what happend, I wana know everything, How long it took you to loose the weight, how u felt and so on,., Please ThanksXOXOXOXOXXO

Those that egg diet really work?
Well am 16 years old am a lil few pounds higher than i should be at my age and i do want to look good and well beside i read this egg diet think where u suppostly loose lot of weight by liek eating only eggs or something liek that so yeah i was wondering those it really work? if so how do you follow the diet? or really whats a good way or diet to follow to loose the extra few pounds?.

Alright so, i have been doing weight watchers for about a month and a week, ive lost 13lbs, but since i started ive only been having 13 17 points a day. when im supose to be eating 24 27 points a day. I have been getting all my vegtable intakes and water, and fruit and dairy intakes.ontop of that i work out everyday. Is this bad? what should i do.

i love my hole body except my stomic & love handles... i am a little over weight in those areas i have whats called 'center obeisity'. diet and execrise isnt enouph... so do you know a pill that can help??

Can living on a diet of milkshakes and cigarettes make you sick, in the short term?
No I'm not asking this as a joke. Obviously it will long term, but I mean short term.I know someone who literally LIVES on milkshakes, McDonalds, and bunch of cigarettes hard to tell how many, she's sneaky about them . She's very obsese, most of the time won't even so much as walk up the stairs if she wants something, she'll yell at her kids to fetch things for her.She's sick all the time. For example, when I got a strain of a bug going around, I was sick for a little over 2 days, and never got terribly sick. For her, she was very sick over a week.

Middle school track starts in about 2 weeks and I'm pathetically out of shape... diet and exercise routine?
I'm embarrassed, but I haven't had an exercise routine since last June. I don't have phys ed this year. i am 14and i want to lose weight, i don't need to lose a lot just a size or so. so i was just wondering will the special k diet work for me? do i need to exercise at the same time?has anyone done it?how do you lose in 2 weeks or should i do it for 4?thanks

Is it this a healthy diet and excersising regime?
In the morning when i wake up i do 10 mins of stomach excersises and 30 reps of tricep dips. I then have an Activia and a kiwi & a 500ml bottle of water. For lunch i have a cup of soup and an apple and another bottle of water , i then have a snack in the afternoon which is either a chopped up carrot or a piece of fruit. in the afternoon i do 30 mins of belly dancing I then for dinner usually have stir fry or a piece of fish or chicken with fresh veg and a bottle of water. then after dinner i do 30 min full body workout and 10 mins of boxercise and drink a bottle of water while excersising. I then sometimes in the evening have a healthy snack.So is this healthy?? I only started doing this 3 days ago , i currently weigh 10 stone and i am 16 years old and i am 5 ft 6 in height. So will i loose much weight doing this?? or should i excersise more and eat more healthy ?? thanks

I'm on the ABC diet and today i was only suppose to eat 400 calories i've eaten over 1400, what do i do!?
should i just start the diet all over again, or should i fast instead
