Am I chubby? My parents keep urging me to go on a diet.?
Im 118.5 pounds and 5 foot 3 inches. Im 14 years old, and Im sick of my parents telling me I'm getting fat. I never really thought about it. I swim 5 days a week on a team, Im the best kickboxer in my class, and I think I look normal. But ever since they pointed it out, even though the scale doesn't say I gained weight, my jeans seem tight, and I have a bit of a muffin top.So is this chubby at all? Im not asking if Im fat, because I know I am not. I'd like to know if by society's perception, this is considered chubby.

Could diet drinks be the cause of my weight loss stopping?
i recently turned vegan and all of a sudden within a week i'd lost half a stone. i didnt have fizzy drinks that week and all was fine. in the past two weeks i've been drinking A LOT of diet coke, diet energy drinks etc. and this last week i've randomly gained 2 pounds even on a low calorie intake. could it be the diet drinks because ive read that they can be bad for your weight? confuse your body thank you

Ok I have tried EVERYTHING to lose weight. I have tried tons of diets, exercised until my dad has to make me stop. I still cant lose the weight Is there any diet products that are REALLY FREE to try? I hate paying for the S& H stuff, but if I dont liek the product I dont mind paying for it and sending it back or something. Is there anything out there like that?
Help on my diet =/ more or less?
I am 15 year old male 5'8 and i weigh 154 pounds. I was on a diet for 1800 2000 calories for around half a year. But i recently joined the track team and im burning around 300 400 calories at practice training. should i now up my diet by 300 400 or keep it at 1800 2000? im a bit worried because at my age i heard eating around 1500 calories is not very healthy.... and 1800 300 from practice 1500. What should i do ?

This is what I eat.Breakfast, Cereal. For a week I have been eating this raisin bran.Lunch, usually an apple and milk.Dinner, usually fish with spinach and whole wheat pasta.

Hey So I'm 15 female and I want to lose 30 pounds in 3 months. So 10 pounds a month, what's the best diet and exersice routine for a teenager? And I know 30 pounds is a lot but I need to lose the weight I'm overweight and I need to get inshape for lacross. Also do you think I could lose more then 10 pounds a month? or would that be to unhealthy to drop the much weight in a little time?
