What should i do after i'm done dieting?
Kaay so i'm done dieting next wednesday and what should i do after that diet treatment am i gonna go back the way it was before? like yea kno eating candy stuff like that ? plz help me

Is there any way to lose weight from legs with just dieting a certain way?
I've been watching what i eat for some months now and ive lost some weight and some inches on my waist and hips but my thighs not legs just dont get smaller i have these horrible saddlebags and my thighs look massive will they eventually slim down with eating healthier, should i just be patient? is there any food such as eating protein or something that will help get rid of fat in the thigh area? Fruit diet for 2 weeks?
i'm planning on losing 28 pounds to get in modeling. and with diets i don't like meat or veggies, i don't liek alot of foods, so i found this fruit diet and i was contemplating on doing it for 2 weeks with eating about 4 fruits a day with lots of water and a ''cup a soup'' which is only about 50 calories and walking for about 30 mins everyday, do you think i can do it ? please leave comments if you have done this fruit diet and tell me how it worked for you thanks

Cerelac is baby food I know but what if you want to lose weight fast ? Please dont tell me its unheealthy and I will be extremely weak .. I already know the disadvantages. I don't want to lose weight, I just want to be heathlier. I snack a lot, and I'm not very healthy. I have red circles under my eyes which are REALLY ugly. Help on my diet =/ more or less?
I am 15 year old male 5'8 and i weigh 154 pounds. I was on a diet for 1800 2000 calories for around half a year. But i recently joined the track team and im burning around 300 400 calories at practice training. should i now up my diet by 300 400 or keep it at 1800 2000? im a bit worried because at my age i heard eating around 1500 calories is not very healthy.... and 1800 300 from practice 1500. What should i do ?

Could diet drinks be the cause of my weight loss stopping?
i recently turned vegan and all of a sudden within a week i'd lost half a stone. i didnt have fizzy drinks that week and all was fine. in the past two weeks i've been drinking A LOT of diet coke, diet energy drinks etc. and this last week i've randomly gained 2 pounds even on a low calorie intake. could it be the diet drinks because ive read that they can be bad for your weight? confuse your body thank you

Trying to lose weight, is this a good diet plan?
I'm 18 years old 5'5" and 130 lbs. My goal weight is 110 lbs. I do at least an hour of cardio every day plus quite a bit of walking. This is my diet BREAKFAST 2 whole grain graham crackers with 2 tbsp of Nutella hazelnut spreador Oatmealor 1 bananaLUNCH 2 whole grain multigrain crackers with brie cheese 1 appleor Salad with Feta cheese & light dressingor Vegetable Lentil soupSNACK Fruitor Baby Carrotsor Whole grain rice cakes or chipsor Quaker Oats Granola Bar 90 100 calories DINNER Some sort of vegetarian entree i.e. veggie burger black bean burrito etc or Brown rice with broccollior Egg white omlette with vegetablesor Vegetarian soup chiliAlso I only drink water, tea, and coffee. Occassionally I'll have a glass of juice or a latte or cappuccino made with skim milk .

hey im male, 18 and 6 foot tall.each day my total calorie intake usually ranges from 1000 1200 calories, never over that. That is including drinks and food.I eat 3 meals a day, of health food with no snacks. Before anyone mentions it i can't eat 6 8 small meals so...i drink mostly water and green tea.I work 5 days a week and its a active job, i go to the gym 3 times a week as well for a hour and a half, and i do 100 200 press ups a day.is this a good routine? will i lose weight? and how long can i expect weight loss to take? mommy of a beautyi don't get some of your answer.you say im not eating enough, and then you say that im not burning enough to lose weight?im never hungry because i eat 3 proper meals, just healthy low calorie food. if im eating less then surely im definately burning enough to lose weight lolso far i have lost alot of fat, and put toned up with some muscle.im just lookin for further advice and some sort of timescale on how long it will take to lose x amount of fat doing what i do
