Would dieting help or something else?
i am not fat but my stomach is wide. would dieting help this at all or is there another method?

Can you lose belly fat by just dieting and not workout?
this is my friend's question that i couldn't give her a good answer... she has a skinny body but she has a chunky belly, and she asked me if she can lose that chunk by just dieting around 1,000 calories of food per day compared to the average diet 2,000 calories a day. is it possible for her to lose belly fat just eating less? say... less than 1,000 calories or you still have to workout? bc i thought the only way to lose fat was to sweat but she has a point o the 1000 calories a day... she ain't fat so she doesn't need any exercise but her belly dont match wit her body so can somebody help me t answering her? thank you so much and please lt me kno a good diet i can give her bc i just recommended her what i do... which is drink water only and nothing else, and to eat just focus on fruits and any other food just keep the calories below 1,000

Should I switch to phase 3 diet plan for p90x?
I am in my second recovery phase of p90x and about to start the final phase. I have been following the diet plan to a T and switch phases like my workouts. I am currently using energy booster and want to move on to endurance maximizer. I am worried that i wont get enough protein to build muscle and bulk up and i still want to remain lean and ripped like i have gotten to. Could someone give me some advice?

When will i start seeing results from diet/workout?
I started a diet and work out plan 1 week ago and i was wondering when i may be seeing some results.I am an 18 year old female that weighs 128 lbs. I consider myself to be healthy and normal, i just want to loose the flab on my stomach for summer. My diet consists of an english muffin, banana, and a little orange juice in the morning.A sandwich, either with light peanut butter and jelly or a turkey sandwich on wheat bread with some low calorie chips and fruit. And my dinner consists of grilled chicken with vegetables on most days.I barely eat any other snacks during the dayMy workout is 30 40 minutes of elliptical trainer every day with some interval training by running jogging walking for 30 minutes outside.I also do some ab strength training for about 10 minutes every day.i would love to see some results by May if possible

Is this a good diet to live by?
For a week now I have cut a majority of carbs from my diet bread, crackers, sweets, pasta, etc . The only carbs I eat are vegetables like lettuce, carrots, and other greens, oranges and grapefruits. The rest of what I eat is made up of lean turkey and chicken, lots of water, and nuts for snacks when I get hungry between " meals." So far I have had great results, but is this something that can be considered " healthy" ?I also have been working out by doing situps, pushups, and pullups, along with cardio twice a day.

Ive started atkins diet 2 day and am gonna do it for 2 weeks 2 hurry along my weight loss, ive been working out constantly for the last 2 weeks and have been on a calorie counting diet for 3 weeks and have lost 10 pounds. just wondering if i can still count my cals coz im a bit nervous about this diet and does it actually work?? im 15 stone 1 now and wanna be 14 st 8 by the 28th of this monththanx xx

A diet plan for a 14 year old gymnast?
so iv hurt my sholder had had to be off for about 2 mouths. Then i had sugery on my foot and was off for about 3 weeks. in this time iv gained about 10 15 pounds and really want to lose it. im 14 and i weigh 130 and im 5" 2 or 5" 3. i do gymnastic 3 times a week a toldal of 9 hours. i all so have gym class for 3 hours a week. i dont eat very heathy and need help with that.
