Question: I am embarking on a diet of just fruit and veg for two weeks?

Im on it ryt now! it workrs like a miracle but just make sure you have decent meal in the middle somewhere and do some walking or jogging during the day x |

Bad. u need some carbs or your body will crash. you also need some protein to keep your muscles strong. |

Make sure you take your diet supplements or you'll damage your body. You need other nutrients, Not just ones you get from fruits and vegetables. |

It won't work. You will spend most of your time in the bathroom and you will lose weight but just fluid. Once you start eating properly again it will just come back on. You know it is so simple. I can't see how people have a problem with this. Cut out all your crap and you know what it is and exercise every day. For a full hour. A walk even. That's all it takes. |

It would be better if you added 1 serving(4-6 oz) of lean protein to this every day. It is a needed part to any diet( even vegetarians/ vegans eat protein) |
