Question: Is this a healthy diet or not?

Breakfast- Banana and activa Morning snack- Apple Lunch- Cup of soup and banana Afternoon Snack- Apple Dinner- Stir- fry or meat and veg So is this healthy or not :)? thanks i also an hour and a half of excersise a day

I would recommend that you track your food online to figure out whether you met requirements for calories and nutrients. I've been using sparkpeople.com for three years now and am STILL learning from the process! Your diet seems low on calories to me, but without knowing exact portion sizes (especially for your dinner) it's impossible to tell for sure.

Itts pretty healthy! but eating the same thing every day can become boring and you will end up binging ruining the hard work you have put in! why not come up with a 7 day diet plan and stick to taht! x

What kind of soup? What kind of meat? Stick with fruits/ veggies for snacks though, apples are super dense with nutrients and fill you up. Oranges, carrots, grapefruit, salads(no dressing). Hand full of nuts or trailmix isnt bad either. Poultry and fish would be your best bet on meat. Most beef cuts are pretty high on fat. But SUPER high on protien too. stick to your excersise and you should be on your way to a healthy/ happy life. Best of luck
