Question: Helpp with diets and school.....?

Okay listen im 14 and i wear a D cup in 8th grade.. my thighs and really big.. my belly looks prego.. and i have a big butt.. i want to go on a diet but i go to school and i cant pack luches.. plz give me suggestions to a good diet while eating school lunches

Do some ab workouts, like crunches and leg lifts. Also some push ups maybe every other day, and add some cardio in on the days you don't do the push ups. As far as food, drink skim milk (not 2%) and don't drink a ton of soda. Turn towards water and fruit juices. Look at how many carbs are in a meal, and try to stay away from greasy foods.

At school, you can make good lunch choices. for instance dont go for the fried chicken, mac n cheese, mashed potatoes and all those foods that are high er in calories and fats. i would suggest going for veggies. (saleds if they have any.) - soups!!! - and sanwhiches. and make sure that after school, you find some time to get active! mabye join a sport, or go for a run or bike ride on your own. and make sure that after school you dont snackk like crazyy. breakfast: - try some egg beaters with veggies mixd in. and make sure you include fruite! but dont go for pancakes, sugary cereals,. but do make sure you eat breakfasttt!!!

Well it is going to be hard but there must be a vegetarian option if not then eat a sensible dish. however i think its important to eat a little of what you like
