Question: Is it this a healthy diet and excersising regime?

In the morning when i wake up i do 10 mins of stomach excersises and 30 reps of tricep dips. I then have an Activia and a kiwi & a 500ml bottle of water. For lunch i have a cup of soup and an apple and another bottle of water , i then have a snack in the afternoon which is either a chopped up carrot or a piece of fruit. in the afternoon i do 30 mins of belly dancing I then for dinner usually have stir- fry or a piece of fish or chicken with fresh veg and a bottle of water. then after dinner i do 30 min full body workout and 10 mins of boxercise and drink a bottle of water while excersising. I then sometimes in the evening have a healthy snack. So is this healthy?? I only started doing this 3 days ago , i currently weigh 10 stone and i am 16 years old and i am 5 ft 6 in height. So will i loose much weight doing this?? or should i excersise more and eat more healthy ?? thanks :)

You sound very strict with yourself if you continue that you will defo loose weight, good luck! also great form of exercise bellydancing

It'd be better to bulk your excercise together to be honest, you want to eat somethign before working out to give your body energy to do the work & afterwards (glucose based products & protein to allow it to recover) it all depends on how active your excercises are, if you want to lose weight the best way is to do cardio based activities (swimming, belly dancing, running etc) you won't see changes for at least maybe 2 weeks depending on yer metabolism, & again losing weight depends on yer metabolism. as i said before for one of your questions email me if you have anything specific to ask & i can at the very least point you a decent way.
