Question: Is what i am doing for my diet bad?

Alright so, i have been doing weight watchers for about a month and a week, ive lost 13lbs, but since i started ive only been having 13- 17 points a day. when im supose to be eating 24- 27 points a day. I have been getting all my vegtable intakes and water, and fruit and dairy intakes. ontop of that i work out everyday. Is this bad? what should i do.

I'm no Dr. but it seems like you should stick to what weight watchers is telling you because they know how much you should be eating to lose weight healthly and keep it off, not just loose weight quickly and then gain it back quickly too.
