Question: Im looking for a simple diet.?

I am about 5'8 " 200 pounds and would like to get to 185. A little background on me. I run 15 to 25 miles a week. I can incline bench press 205 pounds 4 sets of 10. Im a fit guy with bad eating habbits. What I need is is easy, basic template to set a diet to. I know there are so many more variables to consider. Everybody's different yada yada yada...... I just need someting to work with.

Here is a sample diet plan; Breakfast: Slices of tomatoes, a piece of cheese, 4 5 olives, 2 egg whites and green tea Snack: nuts or fruits Lunch: Salad Snack again Dinner: Grilled chicken, turkey or fish and boiled vegetables or salad Good luck:)
