Question: Is this a good diet? would i be in good or bad health?

Breakfast bowl of cheerios, apple, black coffee lunch sandwhich on whole wheat with ham cheese lettuce and tomato, banana, water dinner microwave meal and a bottle of beer also i work out 5 times a week. thanks!

Eat oats for breakfast, coffee fine but better green tea lunch fine but add a protein shake dinner i would eat fish or a steak with steamed veg, beer ok but just one add another salad or some fruit protein shake again before bed

Working out 5 times a week is great, if it's cardio. I have a few minor tweaks.... The sandwhich. I'd switch the ham with a leaner meat. Ham tends to carry a lot of salt, which will make you bloat and carry water you don't need. The microwave meal is okay on occasion, those things are loaded with salt as well. Not good for the heart or your blood pressure. The beer? Okay...I suggest three times a week. Hey, it's something you like but it's loaded with empty calories that just make you hungry. I suggest diet coke or even water for dinner but try not to take a beer every night. Not worth the extra calories.
