Question: Did my left arm go cold and numb cos im dieting?

It happened last night, iv been on the cambridge diet for 8 days (4 soups a day) but im also on bipolar meds. would i be better with something like weight watchers or something like that? please advise.

Hello Dieting is not eating bland diet. To lose weight it is necessary to eat high fibre diet ( like vegetables,fruits,dates) which burn fat. Also take vitamin,iron and micronutrient supplements and along with regular exercise routine in order to lose weight safely.All this to be done under supervision of dietician

If this is true then goes straight to your GP very very quickly. Sounds like a cardiac problem in the warning stage,
