What is the average diet of an anorexic?
Ok so I'm NOT anorexic.This is for a school report.I NEED to know the average daily diet and exercise program.Like what people with anorexia eat,how much they work out,how many calories they take in,and how many calories they burn Just on an average basis.....please answer this is a HUGE part of my grade

What is the best diet for safe and rapid weight loss?
Considering the person is moderately obese overweight , has no specific medical conditions, lives a fairly active lifestyle, and does not eat at fast food joints or eat a large amt. of junk food? I ask because all in our family want to diet, BMI's are 33, 35.9, and 30.We thought of trying the fill 1 2 of your plate with steamed veggies, and 1 8 with meat, 1 8 with fruit, 1 8 with starches, and use the remaining portion that would equal the 1 8 for your liquid, and DON" T wash down your food plan. We all like veggies and baked foods, and don't really overeat any more like we did in the past. We have not had pot. chips fries etc. for 2 months, do drink crystal lite drinks, don't drink soda and our only 2 fast food restaurants are subway and Arbys...so can anyone tell us what has worked for them? Oh, yes the 19yr. old spends his day at college, walking campus, playing pool and racketball, and is a couch pot. at home about 5 hrs. per day, the dad is not very active, and mom works 2 jobs both require physical strength and total 15 hrs. per day. Please no cracks about dad not being active, he has a medical reason
Need advice on choosing the best diet pill.?
I was curious if anyone has used the Quick Trim by Kim and Khloe Kardashian? I am really young and plan on exercising but do not have the best control of choosing healthy foods 100 % of the time. So I want a pill that will work well with a moderate diet and good exercise. I am looking to lose at least 20 pounds and am very interested in Quick Trim. If anyone has any experience or knowledge about this pill or any other, please share
Help comparing diets and products?
Okay so. I've lost some weight. But I am going to the beach in florida in 2 weeks and i still am not quite where i want to be. So, i was thinking of taking some diet pills.I was thinking LEAN Fat Burn 1 Metabolizer PlusorMX LS7any recommendations? are diet pills addictive? will i actually lose some weight fat.IDC if it's permanent. I'll go back to normal healthy dieting after my vacation.also, i am not going to do this. but if i stopped eating, or ate very little but still did cardio and weights would my metabolism still slow down and would i still lose muscle. just curious.

Does banana diet works?
Does it really? How fast do you see results?I read through the main ideas and I think it's a really good diet plan. A lot more healthy than what I'm eating right now anyways.But, the thing that I'm worried about is this What if I don't have bananas at home or what if I run out? Can I substitute that with another fruit?And what if I don't have any fruits at home?What can I substitute it with?
Gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, and egg-free diet? Advice?!?
I took a test about three years ago and found out my body does not digest wheat, dairy, soy, and eggs.. they old me I was allergic to those foods. When I first found out, I attempted to eliminate all of these foods, but found it too hard and stopped. I was wondering if I remove all of these foods out of my diet will i lose weight? hi ok so this is what i ate todaybreakfast penut butter sandwhich one slice of bread folded with 90 caliore coke lunch ritz crakers with penut butter 90 caliore coke small bag of chips cheese its and cheetos and theses shoestring fries thingy that come in a can snack small bag of cheetos with half of cookie and small sundrop cut in half didnt drink much of itdinner hotdog just ketpup pork chop fried mash photeos bread hotdog and mash photeos was boiled with 90 carlorie coketonight i will eat some grapes and drink a glass of milk and water if i feel hungreyi know i dont have a good diet but i used to eat a chocolate bar for breakfast how can i eat healthy and exercise?im 12 year old girl 79 pounds 5 foot 1inwill be doing best answer sorry for misspelled wordsi have a high metoblism and im lazy.. ha ha thanks
My workout and diet seems to be ineffective, NEED ASSISTANCE!!!?
Hi, I'm 15 years old 5'4" and 176 lbs. I started working out at the gym at the end of January now it's March and I haven't lost any real weight. I think I was about 178 180 when I began but the only weight I've lost is around my hips and leg area. My stomach is still 43 inches nothing has changed. My old work out consisted of a 10 minute cardio warm up, then I would go hit the elliptical for 25 minutes, power walk on a treadmill for 10 and ride a stationary bike for another 10 minutes leaving the gym with 500 calories burned. Plus 200 from my daily walk. Totaling 700 calories burned. I was wondering if I would see better results doing my 10 minutes warm up, then doing three different weight exercises 2 reps of 25 sets then did a fitness program like Taibo would I see more results in different areas?
I Need Help With My Diet?
Ok so Im 13, about 5" 7 and always between 140 to 145. First of all I am not fat I just have some extra stomache fat and some extra fat on my arms but thats about it. I workout every day except weekends. On monday, wednesday, and friday I use my bowflex for about 40 minutes for strength and I try to do as many sit ups and push ups I can and also 30 minutes on a stationary bike with resistance. The push ups and sit ups and bike I do every night and the bowflexx only 3 days a week like I said. And when the weather gets warmer Im going to start running. I eat pretty healthy most of the time, I eat mostly proteins like boiled chicken and steak and I eat alot of fruits like bananas and pears I hate veggies tho, and I try to only drink water, cranberry juice 100& no sugar, and milk and when I do drink pop its diet. Heres my questions.1 Does my diet and excersise routine seem good?2 I also need help finding good foods, please list specific healthy foods thanks.3 And if I keep this routine and eat even better do you think I can get that extra fat off my stomache and arms? thanks
Dieting without grandmother caring?
Im 17 and want to go on a diet. Particularly i want to go on a water fast. However, i live with my grandmother who is quite old fashioned. I must eat dinner, as we eat as a family. How do i convince her to let me do this without angering her and causing family problems?
