Diet/Weight Loss Help/Advise Needed!?
Wanting to loose 60lbs. Started walking 3 miles day 3 or more days week. Using Wii Fit. Need help figuring out setting up a meal diet plan. Eat cup of yogurt early AM and Tuna 3 days a week at work but blow remainder of those three word days with add ons fill ins and dinner. The other 4 days of the week are not structured at all since I am not working... Need help keeping self full satisfied, energized work 13 hr day and crave free... Any advise assistance would be greatly appreciated

Diet/weight loss is this a good weight?
alright so im 15 and about 5'5 3 4" and now weigh about 130 131. i used to way 148 149 so ive lost about 17 or 18 lbs. in the last 5 months or so. i think my bmi is at a good range but does this sound like a good weight to be at?? opinions please
Diet weight loss relating BMR?
Ok, so I want to lose 2lbs a week, I did all the calculations for the exercise so that's 1lbs and the 2nd pound is lost by cutting 500 calories a day right? So do I deduct this from my BMR which is around 2239 or do I deduct it from the 2000 that experts recommend? And also, if I did eat 1500 calories a day I would make a deficit of around 739 is that ok or not ok? Thanks.

I'm a vegetarian. Im 5'2 152 pounds. I recently lost around 30 pounds.. I want to switch to a healthy vegan dietlike breakfast fruits and 100& whole wheat toastlunch pasta and saladDinner brown rice and tossed veggie mix How much weight do you think id lose if i switched to a diet like this? with 30 minutes of walking everyday? and how long would it takemy goal weight is to be in the 130's..thanks breakfast 100 % whole wheat toast.btw, i want this to be a lifestyle change.Im vegetarian for ethical reasons, therefore i will not eat meat in my diet. Im becoming vegan for ethical and health reasons. Again, i will not be eating any meat.
