How much should one be eating while dieting and going to the gym everyday doing strength training and cardio...What? and how how much or often should you eat??

Eat 5 small meals including snacks. Snacking with nuts,fruit or yogurt because this make you feel not hungry so you dont eat much in meals. I am not saying you to eat lot with 5 meals, I say eat often but less. In fact the main point on weight loss is not how much we eat in a day, the main point is how healthy meals we eat and how much calorie we consume Here is a sample diet plan that works perfectly: Breakfast: a piece of cheese,slices of tomatoes, 4 5 olives,2 egg whites and green tea or milk Snack with nuts Lunch: Salad Snack with fruits or yogurt Dinner: Grilled chicken/ fish and boiled vegetables or salad

Try the asian diet, if you notice asians are mostly skinny, because of eating fatty meats like beef or pork, they eat fish. Fish is the least fatting meat there is, because all they eat is plants from the ocean, farm animals eat what the farmers give them, that fattens them up. So eat some fish, a cup of rice, and a side of vegetables, this is the basic asian diet. Eat the fatty meats monthly. Chicken and egg weekly, same thing with sweets. only take cup of rice, cause it's kinda bad if you eat too much, just fill the plate up with mostly vegetable, with daily exercise.
