Uh, start by exercising. get on the treadmill for a half hour everyday. start lifting weights, b.c the more muscle you have, the easier it is to burn calories. then, dont LIMIT your food, but change WHAT you eat. dont eat cookies or fast food or anything. eating stuff like apples and celery helps a ton, too, b/ c theyre "negative calories " ie- it takes more calories to digest them than is actually in them, so you loose calories WHILE eating (: you can easily loose weight by doing that. but, dont base yourself on your weight, b/ c muscle weighs more than fat. just look at yourself in the mirror and decide if you look good. good luck with that(: |

I wouldn't go extreme on this as you are only young and your body is still growing, so during puberty you will gain and then loose weight again. Yes, I know its annoying, but we all go through it. What to do? Instead of trying to commit to a very strict diet plan, try replacing bad foods for healthy foods and don't overeat, thats how you put on weight. You can still have a chocolate and some bad foods, they won't kill you, but don't eat it every day! More like once a week at the maximum for junk food meal and chocolate... well limit that, have an apple instead, but don't cross it out. We all need some bad foods sometimes, and not ONLY fruits and veggies for the rest of our lives. Combine this with mild and regular exercise and you should be good :-) |

I'm 14 years old too. First of all, it depends on how much you exercise. My personal plan is 1900 calories a day, and I exercise 6 times a week for 30-60 minutes. Just make sure you watch what you eat, and stay active. |

I have always tried to do cardio every other day and building muscle on the opposite days. Also, I have been on a diet body system and have lost 16 pounds already. I buy it online at: budurl.com/ getslimnow Hope this helps :) |
