Question: Is this going to be an effective dieting plan?

My plan: Breakfast: A remedy of a cup of warm water with a tspn of honey and 1 of lemonjuice, a few nuts and an apple. Lunch: A half a sandwich, a type of veggie, a type of fruit Snack: it depends but nothing junky Dinner: it depends but small portions and no junk food. No dessert. I will drink at least 3 bottles of water during the day and drink my remedy again at night. I will drink unsweetened greentea when I want a snack. I am 13 and want to lose 50 lbs by the end of summer PREFERRABLY by the start but I can do it til the end. Will this work????? Thanks!!!!! Oh and dinner will include vegetable and I will also be eating acai berries. NOT THE PILL!!!! The actual berry! Not gonna take some crappy supplement. Thanks. |
