Im 24 under 130 lbs skinny and trying to put on weight and i need a diet plan for morning noon and night?
i need a meal diet plan need to consume i think over 3000 calories a day, i excersise and do weight lifting aswell so im not sure if that would take in effect any weight loss?

My teacher said you get hungrier faster when you always think, and guess what... I ALWAYS THINK THINGS OUT LoL I think that's why I can't stop eating. Hi.I'm 11, and around 5'2.5. I weight 92.3 pounds give or take for a fat day , and I want to slim down. I have thunder thighs no exaggeration . My plan Breakfast A remedy of a cup of warm water with a tspn of honey and 1 of lemonjuice, a few nuts and an apple.Lunch A half a sandwich, a type of veggie, a type of fruitSnack it depends but nothing junkyDinner it depends but small portions and no junk food.No dessert.I will drink at least 3 bottles of water during the day and drink my remedy again at night.I will drink unsweetened greentea when I want a snack.I am 13 and want to lose 50 lbs by the end of summer PREFERRABLY by the start but I can do it til the end. Will this dieting plan work for me?
I am 13 years old and I want to lose 50 lbs by summer break or really just before school starts. I am 5'8 and I weigh 170 lbs, however I would like to get down to 120 by summer. This is my plan Eat about 1,050 calories a day, plus eat a daily dose of actual acai berries, not the pill or whatever. And I will not eat junk food except for maybe very rarely if I'm at a special occasion. Then every school day I dance about an hour and a half, and the days that I don't dance I plan to do fat burning exercises such as squats, situps, etc. If you have any fatburning exercises that burn tummy, thigh, or arm fat, please tell me. I also climb up stairs about every hour and a half at my school because my school is 7 floors high. I am at school from 8 10 to 3 30. My calorie intake will be broken down like this on average Breakfast No more than 250 CALORIESLunch No more than 300 CALORIESSnack No more than 150 CALORIESDinner No more than 350 CALORIESIf you have any suggestions to make, please feel free to do so.And please tell me what I should change my caloric intake to if you want me to change it Thank YOUUUI posted this question before because people aren't telling me what to do I am not capable of running in the morning. I refuse to run. I WANT TO KNOW IF MY CALORIC INTAKE IS OKAY beacause I don't want to make it too little or my body will go into survival mode and then I won't lose any weight.
