But I have a little bit of fatI walk 30 60 minutes a day 3 4 times a week and do push ups almost everyday. I can't do more due to health conditions.What do you think?

Hey all im currently 93Kgs and 1.83 metres tall. I want to get down to 75kgs. If i use my wii fit for 20 minutes a day at night and my treadmill in the morning for 20mins at about 4kms a hour. I will also have 1000 calories or less a day. How long before i start loseing heaps of weight. Im also drinking around 2 litres of water a day??

I'm a pretty skinny guy except my gut area.I've been working out for a while, but my eating habits are kinda crappy.I need a diet high in protein.A list of food I can eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks would be great.I'm not really trying to lose weight. Just gain some muscle.

ok, i go to boarding school and due to health reasons i've decided to go on a diet. i'm 16, 96kg and 177cm's tall and this is what my old diet was breakfast bacon, eggs, toast, cerealrecess cakes sometimes , pizza sometimes , sandwiches, soup, lunch pies, pasties, pasta, chicken and rice.dinner pies, pasta, fish, chips, steak, fillets ect.dessert apple crumbles, icescream, pies, minces ect.doesn't sound too good does it? well here's my new and improved one, i hope this is good.Breakfast all bran cereal or a banana if i'm too tired to get to the dining hall early recess an apple or half a sandwich cheese lunch a cup of soup and bread.dinner half of what i usually eat.no desert.anything to add? please any information on how to make this better would be greatly apreciated. thanks
Trying to lose weight, is this a good diet plan?
I'm 18 years old 5'5" and 130 lbs. My goal weight is 110 lbs. I do at least an hour of cardio every day plus quite a bit of walking. This is my diet BREAKFAST 2 whole grain graham crackers with 2 tbsp of Nutella hazelnut spreador Oatmealor 1 bananaLUNCH 2 whole grain multigrain crackers with brie cheese 1 appleor Salad with Feta cheese & light dressingor Vegetable Lentil soupSNACK Fruitor Baby Carrotsor Whole grain rice cakes or chipsor Quaker Oats Granola Bar 90 100 calories DINNER Some sort of vegetarian entree i.e. veggie burger black bean burrito etc or Brown rice with broccollior Egg white omlette with vegetablesor Vegetarian soup chiliAlso I only drink water, tea, and coffee. Occassionally I'll have a glass of juice or a latte or cappuccino made with skim milk .

Following this plan how long will It take for me to lose weight?I forgot to mention that I take a prenatal, fish oil, Maca, Bee Pollen, and 2 Caltrate calcium supplements daily to keep my minerals balanced.
I want to lose 10 lbs. very picky eater. diet plans?
so, i want to loose 10 lbs. yeah everybody say lower you calorie intake and raise your excercise. but, i want somebody to give me a meal.im very picky. i don't like carrots,celery,broccli, coloflower. the only veggies i like are corn,potato,and green beans. i know right? all carbs. i wont eat sea food or italian food or hotdogs or peanut butter. the fruits i like are watermelons,cherrys,strawberries,apples,grapes,bananas. lemons and limes im just have a hard time deciding what to eat. i don't want to go buy a diet plan or order one. all that stuff. is there some kind of shake i could make and drink that?can anybody help?i do like bananas. idk. i'm just really picky

Why aren't Atkins Advantage bars allowed on the South Beach Diet plan?
It's the same principal for both diets....keeping your blood sugar stable. The Atkins bars only have 2g of net carbs...so why are they off limits on South Beach? Is it because they want you to buy South Beach bars??
Diet plan a kid can handle on their own?
I'm trying to lose some weight. I've got the exercise part down but the diet part still stumps me and its not something I can go to my parents for help. Any ideas?
