Question: How much weight is lost when using diet pills?

I know that the weight loss varies from one type to another. But generally, or commonly, how much weight is lost when using diet pills? How much pounds is lost in a week when using diet pills? I have no plans in taking diet pills. This is only for my research paper. :)

Diet pills are a waste of money and you will gain weight that you supposedly lost. It hurts your body and you will be gaining fat even eating little calories. Stop being lazy and taking the shortcut. Eat well and get exercise, that doesn't come in a pill form.

If you are dieting while taking it, depending on the pill, you could lose 1-2lbs a week but thats what normal diet and exercise will give you. The only thing that diet pills are good for is energy from the caffine. It will speed up your metabolism a little. Just don't take too many or you'll end up close to death. I know from experiance. -On a side note, if you are doing an extreme diet with less food and you take diet pills, you could lose 5lbs or more. I don't recommend it at all.
