No, I don't think it's healthy. Try losing it naturally for now, keep up on the exercise and eating healthily and it'll happen quickly!! |

Eat fruits and vegetables and do not eat snacks. Also, stay active. You can lose weight without the diet pills. The pills might cause additional problems. |

I think that you should go to your doctor for a question like this. Because he can get you medicine that is better than just the cheap stuff you buy at the store, and the ones he gives you are probably more healthy for you. |

It depends on how much you weigh, 150 is normal for 14-15 years of age that is nothing you don't need diet pills but if you're in the 200 pound range then I'd start off with less snacking, monitor what you eat, if you're ready to snack brush your teeth. It's magic and you won't feel the need to snack, for fitness put more effort into gym in school, forget about sweat and "looking good " health is better than that, and diet pills don''t work that much. I took the avi once and it just makes you shit your pants. You poo out everything you ate leaving you hungry and with an empty stomach, has bad side affects when you're on your period too. It wouldn't hurt your body if you did though, try to take a pill or 2 a week that's all over excessing the amount will lead to maximum damage to your body and you could most likely die. |

No it's not ok. Most diet pills have too much caffeine and if you are too young you may get panic attacks or even a heart attack since your body won't be able to handle it. Do your best in hitting the gym avoid fast food. Take your own lunch if you must to school to make sure you are eating as healthy as possible. |

No it is very unhealthy to take diet pills at that age unless the child is obese and has been provided that medication from their doctor. Over the counter diet pills can have long lasting negitive effects on your body at any age, but especially when you are young. Hope this helps. |

You shouldn't take diet pills they are not recommended for anyone under 18. they will actually ruin your natural metabolism- when you take diet pills they boost your metabolism then when you stop your metabolism will slow down, more so then it was at before you took the pills. just don't do it... you should go on a diet and choose better foods- cut down your calorie intake to 1200- by eating several small meals a day. for example i eat like 5 times a day - but i eat small healthy meals. you will shed the pounds! and keep exercising - doing lots of cardio and some weight lifting- because the more muscle you have the more calories you will burn. also they can have horrible side effects, which include gas (farting), oily discharge, and diarrhea for example |

No. Diet pills can have bad side effects for adults let alone a teenager. When I was 16 I tried hydroxycut and my heart raced and I was dizzy. It felt like I was going to have a heart attack. The best weight loss is the gradual one, not the overnight fix. Since you are so young you have more than enough time to lose weight slowly. Try tweaking your diet. Cut out fried food and opt for baked, drink less soda, switch white bread and pasta with whole grain, take up a sport or physical activity. Over time these changes will probably add up to major pounds lost and you will have less of a risk of an eating disorder. Good luck! Just remember, diets don't work in the long run. Small changes to your lifestyle will have a big impact in the long run. |
