Question: Need help with diet foods...?

Like what to eat in the morning lunch and dinner. Any ideals that may have worked for you? I'm very active and can't really seem to find the right foods. Thank you :)

I have used every diet known to mankind but nothing worked as good as colon cleanse. I acknowledge they say that pills do not work, but they certainly worked for me, and they've been shown on the Rachael Ray Show too. The most important meal is breakfast. do not eat cornflakes, rice krispies, frosties etc, they have no staying power. Muesli or crunchie is good, with fresh fruit. We chop up a whole lot of fruit to make a fruit salad to eat at breakfast. Whatever fruit you have, banana, oranges, grapefruit, kiwi, apple, it doesn't matter. Pour a little fruit juice on top and a squirt of lemon juice, some sugar if it needs it, leave in the fridge overnight, lovely.
