What? Well obesity is a disease in itself. Also why the fuck is a 4 year old obese already? Its easy. Don't feed the kid junk food, sweets, sodas and juices and kick their butt outside to play.

Just start eating healthy! Seriously what is with people not understanding that diet food is not the answer, that learning proper nutrition and exercise habits is!

What is diet food? isnt it just ... food. this food you call diet, maybe you mean just not junk. which is not real food, just a load of chemicals, preservatives etc. so if you feed the child FOOD, you should notice some weight coming off. and make sure they are moving, outside, playing games, and having fun. an adult is responsible for feeding that child so the adult has to be educated on what is food and what is NOT.
