I'm not looking to go on a psycho diet where I have to stick to certain foods every single day, but I do want to lose weight. Can anyone tell me good foods to eat that aren't SUPER EXPENSIVE at organic markets and such? That'd be awesome, thanks

What is some cheap diet food?
I am 16 and I weigh 166lbs. I am not really big I just have a belly that I don't want to have and my inner top thighs are big. Well I want to go on a diet to lose the 66lbs and have a flat stomach and smaller legs. Well I want to know besides fruit and vegetables, what fiber food is cheap to buy that will make me not gain as much weight as other foods basically diet foods ?

well it's where you have 200 calories on day 1400 on day 2600 on day 3and 800 on day 4then you start again.i think im going to have, 3 cracker things for breaki, an apple for lunch and mini salad for tea for the 200 calorie day... any other suggestions ?also anorexic people lose weight on this diet so how long will it take me to lose 2 stone... i weigh 8.8 at the moment...thankyouu x

I am not in the best income bracket and to bee honest, need to lose 20 lbs. I can get enough exercise, but Im having a hard time eat good. I HATE salad.. and I dont mind fruits. Im thinkingBreakfast Apple and Instant BreakfastLunch apple, and maybe some rahmen noodles?Supper Rice, with some chicken maybe? or veggies?Please I need ideas
Diet/Food/Exercise question?
I am 5'7 200lbs. My goal is 175 in 10 months if possible. Ive heard about this 2000 calories per day and I know I dont eat that much. I have been on a strict diet lately for the past month. I am taking the weight loss supplement Xenadrine 3 times a day. I drink 4 bottles of water of day.Dinner my first meal of my day Turkey on Rye with a small salad with Italian dressing. If its available I eat a 2 chicken tenders. Or a Subway Sub Meatball on Italian.Snack normally a poptart or peanut butter cookie.Midnight Chow Normally I dont get to choose this meal but more times than not I have to eat a hamburger and onion rings. I have been substituting that for a thing of Chicken Ramen Noodles.Breakfast I normally just pick at it. The whites on 2 hard boiled eggs and maybe the hashbrowns.That is my daily diet I have been on for about a month now. I work night shift 12 hours a day 5 days a week. I am currently injured and am un able to run or jog. Elliptical I hear is good but have yet to try it.My question Is this healthy? What alternatives do you think I should eat? What exercises should I do to maximize my weight loss?

Are fried Jalepeno poppers a good diet food?
Hopefully it is because i am in high hopes of a well toned body and a six pack heheh P Currently I have been consuming many boxes of fried jalepeno poppers and they've been delicious and i somewhat feel very nourished with nutrients. I'm buying the very good brand of jalepeno poppers the TGI friday ones, I eat three boxes for breakfast as that being that first meal obviously i go a little lighter during lunch witth two boxes and eat them on lunch breaks at work or wherever and for dinner I eat one box and take it easy, how long will it take me to see the well toned results that i want????????????????????????????????????????? six packs and everything
Why do companies get away with false diet foods?
Like " Diet Coke" " I Can't Believe It's Not Butter" and so on.. When the truth is that the real thing is better for you than fake substitute products that your body can't even process?
