Question: Slight itchiness feeling when using the 'detox' or 'slim & trim' belt?

I purchased the OTO trimax belt few months ago. When I selected either the 'Detox " or "Slim & Trim " function, after approximately 5mins vibration I start to feel itchy around the area where it was massaged. Is this normal or ? When I checked with 1 spa personnel, I was told that this is normal as teh vibration triggers blood to flow there which cause the itch. I want to confirm if this is correct or something to do with body allergy to some material in the belt or ? Appreciate any advise on this. Thank you
