Question: Do you have to use all three ingredients in detox diet?

Do you have to use all 3 ingredients (cayenne pepper, lemon juice, natural maple syrup) to have the desired effect of weight loss? if i used cayenne pepper and just lemon juice, would it have the same effect????

No you have to have the maple syrup cos it keeps you from being weak. cayenne helps lose weight and so does lemon. yeah you should have all the ingredients.
