Question: Soft recipe ideas on atkins diet?

I have got mumps and can't chew anything but I am on atkins and don't want to ruin it. Hopefully loose more! I'm hving jelly and cream. Eggs with butter or Mayo. What else can I have? Any ideas?

You could boil or steam up some cauliflower and mash it up like potatoes. add spices to it to give it flavor or a little low carb dressing

Cream, coconut cream or coconut oil or coconut milk (if you're past the 2 week induction) raw eggs, soup, low carb whey protein powder, chia seeds, ground flax seeds, algae (chlorella, spirulina, kelp) I would blend raw eggs, cream & coconut milk & drink that or soup. hope you get to feeling better soon
