okay. so im 13 a girl and im 140 lbs or so and im 5ft 7in. i wanna lose weight. what is a good diet and exercise routine? ? ?

What are good diet plans?
I'm 5'2 and i weight 140. I was told i was over weight and I don't like being this size. I used to weight 105 but it seems like i can't go back down since i gained those pounds. I want to be able to loose weight my the summer time and look good like i used to in a swimsuit. Please help guys and gals. I go to the gym about 4 or 5 times a week. I eat pretty healthy and i try to stay away from sweets but chocolate is a must even though i don't eat it that much.

Right now, it's like this 1.Wake up shower2.Do my bed clean the house a bit3.Breakfast a glass of milk, a banana, and half a cup of granola 4. go to school 5. exercise at the gym for 1 hour6. dinner at home breaded chicken fried with a little bit of olive oil, salad, and a little cheese on top7. dessert yogurt or banana or something healthy8. do homework chat online with friendsI feel like maybe I'm eating too less or eating too unhealthy or not exercising enough. I'm really confused. Please someone detail everything I should do if I want lose 30 lbs by the end of April. I don't want to have loose skin.. which I think can happen if you starve youself O OThank you guys < 3

I just fry it with one table spoon of olive oil. is that bad? I'm 20 years old and i don't get to eat lunch on mondays and tuesdays because i'm in college and my classes are three hours long AND during lunch time

Is it this a healthy diet and excersising regime?
In the morning when i wake up i do 10 mins of stomach excersises and 30 reps of tricep dips. I then have an Activia and a kiwi & a 500ml bottle of water. For lunch i have a cup of soup and an apple and another bottle of water , i then have a snack in the afternoon which is either a chopped up carrot or a piece of fruit. in the afternoon i do 30 mins of belly dancing I then for dinner usually have stir fry or a piece of fish or chicken with fresh veg and a bottle of water. then after dinner i do 30 min full body workout and 10 mins of boxercise and drink a bottle of water while excersising. I then sometimes in the evening have a healthy snack.So is this healthy?? I only started doing this 3 days ago , i currently weigh 10 stone and i am 16 years old and i am 5 ft 6 in height. So will i loose much weight doing this?? or should i excersise more and eat more healthy ?? thanks

NEED HELP WITH A DIET?
Ive tried diets and they just dont work for me, now this question is only going for the people who have actualy tried the starvation diet If i dont eat for maybe a week, just drink water what kind of phases will i go thru? and how much weight will i loose?? i dont want anyone telling me dont its dangerous I DONT CARE
