Can diets affect my periods?
i started Nov 1st 2009 and then my last period was nov 22.AND IM NOT PREGNET.

Is this a good diet? would i be in good or bad health?

Im looking for a simple diet.?
I am about 5'8" 200 pounds and would like to get to 185. A little background on me. I run 15 to 25 miles a week. I can incline bench press 205 pounds 4 sets of 10. Im a fit guy with bad eating habbits. What I need is is easy, basic template to set a diet to. I know there are so many more variables to consider. Everybody's different yada yada yada...... I just need someting to work with.

Can someone recommend recipe resources for low fat sodium carb diets?I am looking for recipes that take everything into account Low sugar carb plus low fat plus low sodium .that taste good of course lolI am looking for recommendation of online resources as well as cook book recommendations.I have had trouble getting all the eggs in one basket lots of web recipes out there but hard to take everything into account.I am doing this for a friend who is over weight, pre diabetic, and hypertensive high blood pressure and is a junk food everything bad eater .any help anyone can give is very appreciated Additionally although vegan recipes are welcome, I would like some meat recipes as well...no offence to vegans

On the clear liquid diet, can I....?
I'm having laparoscopy tomorrow morn and at 2 today I have to start taking the pills to clean my bowels. I'm on a clear liquid diet and wondered if I could make chicken noodle soup and strain the noodles, chicken, and actual " stuff" out of the juice and drink the juice. Plain chicken broth in the can tastes horrible, so I want the good stuff. Any idea if this is OK? My dr's office probably won't call me back til late today, so there's no point in calling.Thanks VCL

Master cleanse/ lemonade diet.......?
Ok. I am doing this master cleanse thing and I am half way thru my second day and I am about to DIE My plan is to do this for 5 7 day and then go on a low carb diet. I am trying to lose about fifteen pounds.I have NEVER gone all day without eating and now I am halfway thru day 2. I'm going crazy. I'm about to chew my arm off Has anyone ever done this cleanse?
